Welcome Friends & Family!
We are happy to announce that we will be getting married at Impressions Moxche by Secrets in Mexico on November 9, 2025, and would love it if you could be a part of our special day.
With the help of Stephanie, we have put together this special room that provides you with great exclusive rates and special events based on booking within the group. We thank you for booking your room within the coordinated block. We recommend arriving prior to November 7th or early on November 7th as additional events will be arranged and we would love your participation.

Here are the steps on how to set up your accommodations:
Select the “Book Your Stay” tab.
Select your Hotel, Dates, and Room Category.
Fill out the booking form with all guest names and information.
Important: Make sure to submit your deposit payment + the full cost of Trip Insurance (if opted-in).
We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, especially considering the travel involved for a destination wedding. We kindly request no gifts, as having you there is more than enough for us. Your love and support mean the world to us!

Additional Payment Information
To make additional payments, please log back onto the website and submit your payment through the ‘‘Make a Payment’’ tab. You will also be receiving monthly reminders upon booking your stay with a direct payment link attached. You can use that link to sumbit payments as well.
Important: Please make sure to only submit a payment after booking your room and if you have an existing booking. New bookings must be submitted through the ‘‘Book your Stay’’ tab first.
*Passports
When you’re traveling outside your country, make sure you have all required travel documents. A passport is required for all international travel. Remember, the name on your boarding pass must match the name on your government-issued passport. In general, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay in a foreign country. Also, be sure to check to see if a visa is needed to visit your destination country.
Travel Insurance
Travel Protection Insurance, (WHICH WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND because after final payment, the reservation is NON REFUNDABLE unless you have this valuable Travel Protection Insurance), which will protect your investment, along with giving you medical insurance while traveling internationally. The insurance premium is due at time of deposit. Currently, covered reasons are up to 100% reimbursable, non-covered up to 75% reimbursable. Covid related coverage is constantly changing. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Mangata Escapes to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Mangata Escapes is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. Please note, the hotel does not include transportation from/to Cancun Airport to the resort so you will need to book on your own accordingly.
